Placing Orders for Goods

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an Order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in product description or pricing
  • Errors in the Order
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized/illegal transactions

Order Cancellation Rights

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

You may cancel and return eligible Goods in their original condition, with all packaging, documents, and accessories included. We may reject returns that show signs of damage or excessive use beyond the opening of packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the original payment method. No refund-related fees will apply.

You cannot cancel or return the following types of Goods:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date
  • Unsealed items are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene concerns
  • Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, where performance began with your consent and acknowledgment of the cancellation waiver

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

Our inventory and product information are continuously updated, but we cannot guarantee that all details, such as pricing, availability, and descriptions, are always accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or modify information at any time, with or without notice.

Pricing Policy

We may revise pricing at any time before accepting an Order.
 If circumstances beyond our control—such as government actions, customs changes, currency fluctuations, or shipping costs—affect pricing after an Order is accepted, we reserve the right to revise the final amount. In such cases, you may cancel the Order.

Payments

Goods are payable via a one-time payment. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Affinity Card, and online platforms such as PayPal.

Payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is declined, we are not responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling your Order.

Promotions

Promotional offers are governed by their own terms, which may differ from or supplement these Terms.
 If there is a conflict between a promotion’s terms and these Terms, the promotional rules will apply.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
 These Terms of Use and any access to or use of the Website shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws in force in the Province of Ontario. If any claim, dispute, or controversy occurs between GSR Global Transport Inc. and a user relating to the interpretation or implementation of any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, such dispute shall be resolved by private, confidential, and binding arbitration. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed by agreement of the parties or, in the absence of an agreement, such arbitrator shall be appointed by a judge upon the application of either the user or GSR Global Transport Inc. Arbitration shall be held in the Province of Ontario, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The arbitration procedure to be followed shall be agreed by the parties or, in the absence of an agreement, determined by the arbitrator. The arbitration shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act, 1991, SO 1991, c 17. Subject to any right of appeal, the decision arrived at by the arbitrator shall be final and binding. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Governing Law
 The laws of the country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution
 If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

For European Union (EU) Users
 If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

United States Legal Compliance
 You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Waiver of Class Action
