No, we offer more than just dispatching services. While dispatching is our core focus, ensuring you secure consistent, high-paying loads, we also provide a range of additional services tailored to support owner-operators and small fleets. These include permits and authorities handling, IFTA tax filing, factoring assistance, direct shipping leads, co-branding ads to promote your business, freight market analysis, and comprehensive back-office support.

For those needing specific solutions, our Custom Plan allows you to select services like accident and claims management or reputation building. Our goal is to simplify your operations, ensure compliance, and maximize profitability, giving you the freedom to focus on driving and growing your business.

What services does your dispatching company provide?

We offer comprehensive dispatching services to keep your truck moving and maximize your profitability. Our services include load sourcing, route scheduling, back-office support, safety compliance, and more.

We also provide advanced options like factoring assistance, permits and authorities handling, and direct shipping leads in our premium plans. Everything is tailored to suit the needs of owner-operators and small fleets.

We secure high-paying loads and optimize routes to reduce empty miles and downtime. By monitoring market trends and negotiating rates on your behalf.

How does the Custom Plan work, and can I choose specific services?

The Custom Plan is tailored to meet your specific needs. You can select individual services like IFTA tax filing, direct shipping leads, co-branding ads, or market analysis. These services are priced individually, and you only pay for what you need.

Do I need my own MC/DOT to work with you?

Yes. we will work on your behalf, under your MC/DOT, to complete broker packets, book high paying loads, and manage any back-office activities. These are essential for operating as a compliant carrier.

Are there any hidden fees in your pricing?

No, we pride ourselves on being completely transparent. There are no hidden fees in any of our packages. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and why.

How do I get paid for the loads I deliver?

After completing each load, we will either invoice and bill the broker directly on your behalf or we'll send the invoice to our factoring partner (your choice).

With the broker option, you will have to wait roughly 30-90 days to get paid directly by the broker (if you want we will track and follow up on your behalf). However, we will invoice you every week for our services.

With the factoring option, you will have to wait roughly 1-5 days to get paid directly by the factoring company. Payments go directly to your account, and we charge our fee based on your weekly settlements.

Why don’t you work with box trucks, cargo vans, and hotshots?

Our expertise lies in managing dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds, allowing us to secure the best-paying and most consistent loads for these equipment types.

However, we truly value every carrier, regardless of their equipment. If you operate box trucks, cargo vans, or other vehicle types, we are more than happy to assist you and tailor our services to your needs.

How much can I expect to make each month?

There are so many factors that go into estimating load revenue such as miles driven, external market conditions, days available to work, truck/trailer downtime, etc.

However, broadly speaking, here's the formula we use to calculate your revenue:

average per-mile rate * average # of loaded miles per week = total weekly gross revenue

So, for example: $2.85 per mile * 3,500 miles = $9,975 per week

What is your policy for no-force dispatching?

We follow a strict no-force dispatching policy. If you’re not interested in a load, we’ll find another one that better suits your requirements.

Your preferences and satisfaction are our priorities.

How does your milestone-based upgrade system work?

When you achieve specific profitability milestones with our help, we reward you with free upgrades. Essential Plan customers can access one free month of the Growth Plan, and Growth Plan customers can choose one individual service from the Custom Plan at no extra cost.(Conditions Apply)
